• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–9 business days depending on pin code serviceability

• Delivery delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or due to courier partner constraints.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders unless otherwise stated.

• No hidden charges will ever be applied.

Packaging & Safety

• All lamps are shipped in a branded 3-ply secure mailer box to prevent damage.

• Fragile stickers and protective padding are used for safe transit.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

• You can track your order on our courier partner’s website or through your order confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within India. (International shipping may be added in the future).

• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted zones (as defined by courier partners).
