Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver across India.

• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Delays due to courier or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 48-hour refund policy for products damaged during transit or with manufacturing defects.

• To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Personalized/customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
