Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lamp & Lune product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.

  • To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (lamp, base, adapter, care card, box).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Lamps damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Products returned without original packaging/accessories.

  • “Change of mind” or personal preference returns are currently not supported.

Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@lampandlune.in with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a defective product, you may request a refund and place a fresh order.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@lampandlune.in for assistance.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product.

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can file a claim with our courier partner and resolve it quickly.
